Lauren & Geoff had a beautiful summer wedding at Amarante's Sea Cliff in New Haven. We started the day at Lauren's parents' house, zipped over to the hotel where Geoff was staying for a few photos of him and the fellas, and spent the rest of the day at Amarante's. Lauren and Geoff brought two portraits from each of their parents' weddings and had their photo taken holding the portraits...naturally, I encouraged them to have their child hold this photo within a photo years down the road when they get married! Towards the end of the night, we were greeted with the richest sunset I had ever seen at a wedding - the deep orange and yellow was spectacular! The day was a little reunion of sorts too - I photographed Lauren's sister Kaitlyn and her husband Tim's wedding the year before, as well as their friends Talia and Jason's wedding - I couldn't help but gather the 7 of us together for a group shot :) I couldn't be happier with how their wedding went, and it was a blast hanging out with them and all their friends for the day!
